Choicer Voicer mic not working?

Do not change every audio setting at once. Identify whether the problem is permission, input selection, signal level, another app, or the embedded frame—then test one fix at a time.

Run one clean diagnostic

  1. Connect the microphone firstPlug in the headset or USB mic before opening the browser tab.
  2. Close competing appsQuit voice chat, recording, meeting, and streaming software that may hold the input.
  3. Open the browser stageLaunch the game from the homepage and allow microphone access when requested.
  4. Speak at normal volumeWatch for any in-game response before changing gain, enhancements, or routing.

If this works, reintroduce the headset, streaming app, or audio-routing tool one item at a time. The first item that breaks the signal identifies the layer to troubleshoot.

Reset browser microphone permission

Look for the microphone or site-controls icon beside the browser address. Confirm that microphone access is allowed for the current page and that the selected device matches the microphone you intend to use.

If access was previously blocked, change the setting, reload the page, and launch the embedded game again. A permission change does not always reach a game frame that was already open.

Permission names can differ

The page is hosted at choicer-voicer.online, while the click-to-load game frame is served by its authorized game host. Review the browser prompt rather than granting broad permanent access to unrelated sites.

Find the input that is actually live

SymptomWhat to check
No movement at allSystem input device, physical mute switch, cable connection, and site permission.
Laptop mic works, headset does notBrowser device selection and whether the headset connected after the tab opened.
Only a virtual cable appearsSet the physical microphone as the default input, then restart the browser.

On Windows, check the input meter in system sound settings before returning to the browser. If the operating system sees no signal, changing the game will not fix it.

Fix clipping, noise, and delay

If the voice clips or distorts

Lower the system input level, move slightly farther from the microphone, and disable aggressive automatic gain or enhancement features one at a time.

If the voice is too quiet

Move closer before adding large amounts of digital boost. Confirm the microphone is pointed at your mouth and not using a rear-facing pickup side.

If the recording is delayed

Test without Bluetooth headphones, browser voice effects, virtual audio cables, or live-monitoring software. Each layer can add buffering. Start with the physical microphone and normal stereo output, then rebuild the route.

For longer synced scenes, read the movie dubbing game guide before recording a full performance.

Separate a frame problem from a mic problem

If the game area never loads, shows an authorization page, or remains blank, microphone settings are not yet the issue. Refresh once, disable blockers for this page temporarily, and use the direct new-tab launch link shown in the player panel.

Do not switch the iframe referrer policy to no-referrer. The authorized host needs the parent-page origin to recognize the embedded request. If the game loads in a new tab but not inside the page, the issue is frame delivery rather than the physical microphone.

Mobile browsers add another layer of permission and viewport behavior. Use the mobile compatibility checklist when testing on a phone or tablet.

Know what receives microphone access

This fan page loads the game only after you press the launch button. The surrounding site does not add its own microphone recorder. The embedded game host receives the browser permission needed for the voice mechanic once the frame is launched.

You can revoke permission at any time through browser site controls. If you are on a shared device, remove the permission when the session ends and avoid saving community files in a shared download folder.

Should I allow microphone access before pressing Play?

No permission is needed for the static guide page. The prompt should appear when the game is launched and requests the input.

Why does refreshing sometimes fix the mic?

A refresh rebuilds the embedded frame with the browser's current permission and device state. It does not repair a muted or disconnected microphone.
